This Privacy Policy describes how MoveRays Inc. (“MoveRays,” “we,” “us”) handles information in connection with the EhBell mobile application (“EhBell,” the “App”).
Information We Collect
To create an account, we ask for your name and email address. This is the only personal information EhBell collects about the account holder.
Within the App, you may create “profiles” (freeform labels, such as a name or a title like “Morning routine”) and assign sounds and schedules to them. Profile labels, sounds, and schedules are stored on your device and are not transmitted to MoveRays or any third party.
If you record or import an audio file within the App, that file is stored locally on your device.
Children’s Privacy
EhBell is designed to be used by parents and caregivers, not directly by children. The App does not knowingly collect personal information from children, does not require or request a child’s name, age, birthdate, or any other identifying information, and any “profile” a parent creates is a freeform label only — never a structured child-identity record.
EhBell is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the applicable age of digital consent in your region), and is not part of Apple’s Kids Category.
How We Use Information
Your name and email are used solely to identify your account and, where applicable, to communicate with you about your account or subscription. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
Third-Party Services
EhBell uses Apple’s App Store and StoreKit to process subscription payments; Apple’s own privacy practices govern that transaction. Some starter sounds included in the App are sourced from Freesound.org contributors under Creative Commons licenses — full attribution is available at moverays.com/ehbell-work-credits
Data Storage & Security
Account information is stored securely and is not shared with third parties except as necessary to operate the App (for example, Apple’s payment processing) or as required by law.
Your Choices
You may edit or delete your account information, and delete any profile, bell, or sound, at any time within the App. To request deletion of your account data, contact us at the email below.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date above.
